I feel that I had increased energy, slightly better sleep and had good bowel movements. Also seemed to help decrease brain fog.

I had a good experience with the product. I’m rating it 5 stars because I did experience a boost of energy that was noticeable. Even on a day after I had poor sleep I still noticed higher level of energy. The reason why it wasn’t excellent was the effects seemed to wear off after a few hours. Bought mind & life. Qualia mind gave me jitters so I take only a fraction of the dose but Qualia life did not have any such sides. I notice an improvement in my mood and it just makes me feel great throughout most of the day.

I have added Life drink mix to my daily regimen and lately I've been feeling like superman! I felt similarities between this and Qualia Mind. Mental acuity and clarity.

So far so good! I’ve only been taking Qualia Life for a few weeks, but I have been sleeping more soundly and I’m ready to go in the mornings. Daily productivity has increased. Highly recommend for anyone who needs more energy throughout the day.

Noticeable and consistent energy throughout the day

The 1st 3 nites of taking this my system seemed to be drawn to significant sleep. My day was consistent, even while doing a fasted 24hrs during the time of taking this. My energy levels were consistent during the day and a noted up tick in energy with evening workouts.

I felt like I slept better, I woke up with more energy and ready to go as soon as I got up. I felt like I could do more during my day, I felt I had more energy during my work day.

This product does deliver! Definitely increased productivity level and energy as well. I did try using 1/2 the dose for a couple of days which worked well for me.
