meaningful customer experience, and we realize that a critical part of that is accessibility. We’ve
adopted the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA
standard for our web pages, PDFs, and multimedia assets. In addition, here are some ways
we’re incorporating accessibility into our Qualia culture:

    they make our products and customer support accessible to all.
  • Conducting accessibility testing of products and services to find areas for improvement and
    continue to enhance our offerings for all customers.

    the development of not only our digital experience, but for all avenues of customer support.

    for consulting, monitoring, and certification of accessibility compliance.
