Had a whole night's sleep without waking up in the middle of the night.

Loved it
Great product! Felt noticeably relaxed not long after taking. All sleep numbers improved, would highly recommend.

So far so good
I seem to be sleeping deeper after a week or so taking Qualia night - so far seems promising. I do really wish each bottle contained a full 30 day serving though!
