Awesome product
It's well worth the cost to be able to sleep at night. I'm able to sleep a whole night and not toss and turn. I've tried many supplements and thus one works for me. I like the 5 days on and 2 off approach. Awesome product!

Recommended dosage for Qualia Night too high
Ultimately, I did sleep deeply while using the product. However, I thought the recommended dosage of four capsules was too much. Great product
This product helps so much with my sleep. Got a headache for a little bit a couple days into taking it but could be coincidental. I’d definitely take it again though. Felt well rested the next day!
