I have just started taking this. I do like that it mixes easily with water and the taste is not bad at all. I imagine this will take some time to feel effects.

felt more energy ... was able to focus better and settle down for longer periods of productive work.

Good product
Definitely felt more energy and jumped out of bed in the mornings after one week using this product. It did, however, give me slight headaches that lasted approximately 1 hr.
