Keeps you moving!
I took the product for five days as directed and am still in the two-day in-between period. Even starting this week with an injury I could tell a difference not only in working through it but staying on task and focused through the week.

Excellent motivator
I felt it on the second day - I felt more energized, and was able to get things started (always the hardest part)
