Great product
I’m on my second bottle now and from within the first week I could tell I felt different. My mind wasn’t foggy, even my speech was more concise! I sleep better and I feel like I’m achieving more.

I got this quails mind cf to help with memory and mood. I don’t use caffeine because it makes me super amped/anxious so I was glad to see caffeine free. Great formula
I would definitely use the product again and highly recommend it for focus and working long hours. The price point is a little heavy, but if you can budget it. Get it.
