These products rock my socks
My sleep is fire now - my oura score over the last week went from low 70s/ high 60s to high 70s and even sometimes low 80s. Plus my deep sleep score got way better

Great experience
I found myself getting more restful sleep while on this product. Mornings were great, I didn't feel groggy unlike experience with other "sleep" supplements.

Deeper Sleep, Better Days
I have trouble staying asleep and getting into a deep restful state. After taking this a couple of times, I find myself finally resting deeply and able to think more clearly the following day. Maybe
I had high hopes for Quaila Night and still have a few weeks left. It was nothing great, and maybe helps but only more time will tell. Sometimes these supplements take a while to work things in your body out so I'm still up for trying.
