I loved the fact that it has helped with overall energy and clear mind and also it does help me beat the afternoon slowdown. I just drink them after lunch and I’m good for the rest of the day. So far, so good
I have only been taking this for a few days and already notice results. My mood and energy have skyrocketed. Sleep has always been a struggle for me and I have slept like a baby for the past few nights. It can't be coincidence....I have never had multiple consecutive nights of sleep like this....

Noticible Improvement in Mood
Bought mind & life. Qualia mind gave me jitters so I take only a fraction of the dose but Qualia life did not have any such sides. I notice an improvement in my mood and it just makes me feel great throughout most of the day.
