Best supplement I’ve ever taken. My sleep is way more productive. I used to have a huge afternoon dip in energy from 1-4 o’clock. That is a thing of the past when I take this. Life changing.
1st wk didn't notice that much. Starting wk 2 my sleep felt more complete, more sleep cycles, 3rd & 4 wk this continued although I would have a night with shorter amount of sleep - waking up and not really getting back to sleep. 4th week somewhat continued slight decline perceived.
