I am taking the quails faithfully for a month and I see no changes …am going to try it for a couple more months and see what happens

Helps me focus, wish the fishy smell wasn’t there
I’m 💯 % sold on Qualia Mind’s effectiveness. Helps me focus, remember, improves my mind…all sorts of wonderful things. My only wish is that the capsul it comes in didn’t allow the fishy smell out. Not the most pleasant thing first thing in the morning. Perhaps thicker capsules?
