Fantastic experience, no side effects observed, even when taken on an empty stomach. I generally took the 2 pills in the mornings but did try a week where I'd take one in the morning, one at night. I tried Resilience for 30 days, 5 days on, 2 days off. Noticed a steady energy with less anxiety. Even typically stressful situations (plane travel, little sleep, conferences) felt less daunting. I need this for my future travels, especially!

More alert during the first part of the day. Less overwhelm and frustration. I could tell when it wore off in the evening.
Additional stress blocker
Started taking Resilience on a day i was already expecting to be stressful with work/other things. Fairly quickly i noticed calmness/ability to push through real easily. Currently taking qualia mind also and this just adds a little more support... almost supporting through stressful anxious situa...
Mental clarity
I felt more mental calmness while taking this. It also helped with helping the stressors to less huge and more manageable.
