Great for Stress-Control and Staying on Task
This product definitely helped with my stress levels that would occur at work. During difficult times, I was able to stay calm and stay on task more efficiently than when I wasn't taking this product.

I have not had the exhaustion I usually have prior to my monthly cycle and my ability to deal with stressful situations seems better.

It works.
My thoughts were definitely overall more positive after using this for a couple of weeks, making challenges easier to overcome.
