I get the best full nights sleep when I take this product. Also helps my insomniac son get some shut eye!

Naturally induced rest!
Phenomenal effect. The pressure to sleep builds without causing undesirable drowsiness and the restful burst of energy upon awaking is well worth it.

I did notice ease of falling asleep, staying asleep, and returning back to sleep after waking.
