I experienced a sense of calm and ease in my mind, and greater relaxation in my body post my nightly yoga & before going to bed, which removed that kind of spinning cyclical thought process in my head of worry about if I am going to fall asleep or not. I slept well. Really well. And I woke up feeling rested, ready for the day. Even skipped my morning caffeine/energy supplements and enjoyed my collagen in tea instead of mate or other caffeine rich hkt drink
Very useful when try to sleep
I took the capsules every night for 4 nights around 7 or 8pm with the hopes of being asleep around 11PM. Qualia Night improved my sleep
I was able to cut the number of wakenings from 6 to 10 a night down to 4 or 5. I was able to return to sleep quicker. I was so relaxed each morning, I found it hard to get myself out of bed.
Qualia Night
Seems to be effective so far. I tend to stay asleep more during the night and when I do wake up, I easily fall back asleep and feel more rested in the morning
