step II gives me the munchies
I love step I. I feel like it gives me clean energy and great thought processes and if I only take step I, I feel great. When I take step II, I like most of the effects, but find myself with food cravings all day. I have tried different doses and changing up the timing. I end up not taking step II very often, but since I can only purchase them together, I'm wondering what to do.

Wonderful
Basically everything I hoped it would be. The feeling is subtle but the effect profound. Definitely not good if you don't get enough sleep. And absolutely do not drink alcohol! Subtle but it works
I'll be honest, I was a little disappointed that it didn't have the WOW factor that Ben Greenfield described in his review. But after a few days of use I did feel..."smoother"? More even-keeled. Things did bother me a much and I found it easier to shrug off negative emotions.
