Today’s the first day - I reckon tomorrow will offer a better perspective.
I think the low quality of sleep is skewing today’s input. The taste could be improved with chai spice I think.

Working a stressful shift at urgent care, no real noticeable cognitive benefits. Maybe a little more anxious than normal

Great product and very beneficial!
Great! Energy felt good and lasted. It didn’t make me feel jittery at all. Only change I would make is the taste or make a capsule form.
