Would not purchase!
Took as described daily and could not tell any effect whatsoever. I can usually tell when I've had caffeine-especially if I am having a coffee cup's worth in under 30 seconds. Could not tell anything. Taste was pretty awful too, and *hate* that this has sugar in it.

Gentle energy boost
Gentle energy boost, very pleasant. I can feel the effect throughout the day but it still let's you take a nice nap. Overall very good. Packing could be approved. I feel the plastic bottle is very wasteful and the safety cover is hard to open, especially when driving .. A small, easy to open glas...
