This is my first review of the Qualia Night supplement. I started taking it on December 11th as recommended. I have been taking 4 capsules for 5 days on and taking 2 days off. The NIGHT really does work for me. I did find that if I take it right before I go to sleep I will sleep a bit longer. Usually, sleep products with a few different ingredients in them make me feel weird and don't work. But this does!
Wake up more refreshed!
The last three nights I did not wake up in the middle of the night and when I woke up in the morning, I felt more rested.
