Easier than fasting
I know the benefits of fasting and autophagy but it’s been hard to do it the right way which would be a 3-day fast. This product helps my body get rid of “zombie cells” in much the same way a 3-day fast would and it’s such an easier way to get it done. Planning on continuing to use a few times a year to reap the most benefits and help clear out my body of what no longer needs to be there! First day of taking product i had a slight headache but if dissipated as the day went on but i felt more alert and cognitive function was great. I ordered qualia Life 2.0 and can’t wait to try it!
