Good eye support
My eyes definitely felt less strained by the end of the work day. Aside from that I didn’t notice any acute effects, but long term use may be needed for that.

Releives eye strain
After a month of use, I notice slightly less eye strain but not near as what I expected.

Improved visual acuity
Just started this product, however, I do notice an improved "sharpness" and visual acuity.
