I feel more awake when I take this, I just started taking it like a week ago, I'll give another review after one month.

Maybe a little less eyestrain while using the product.

I feel that I have better eye sight in the water.

Helped my eyes stay clear and focuses on these long screen days

So far, the product has been working well for me. I'll update later on the results.
