This product has all the correct ingredients and dosages. I have taken one round. And will continue monthly.

Might be great.
I only took it for 2 days, but I felt noticeably better on the 2nd day. A longer trial will tell definitively.I appreciate the research that goes into the Qualia products.

Hopeful this will make a difference
So far I haven't felt a big difference, but I have only take the first month's dose. I like that this is just two days a month that I need to take it. I plan to continue using to help with my longevity and health goals.
