I didn't recognize the effect to begin with, but looking back, my eyes were more relaxed and I was straining less later in the day.

For me, 15 caps was just too little to feel a difference. I would need to test for at least a month.

I had floaters and vision helped heal my retina and get rid of them.

Eyes felt less dry overall
