Have been taking Qualia Night for over a month and definitely notice a difference. Sleep is better and even if i don't sleep well - i don't really feel that tired the next day. I have also tried the Synbiotic and its definitely made a difference to my gut and general digestion.
Cornerstone of a Healthy GI System
Prior to participating in the study I was taking a probiotic/prebiotic supplement from Viome. For this trial I stopped taking that particular supplement to see if this product would be an adequate replacement and it worked perfectly.

Overall, the product did well, and I felt like I was able to focus and think a bit more easily.
Balancing Gut microbiome
Still to early to notice any effect?? Could just be rebalancing gut microbiome to a healthier state.
