Steady energy and focus. None of the lows mid-day, kept me going on projects where I would typically be burnt out on in a few hours.

Absolutely love this! I take it with Lions Mane and the combination is a game changer

Felt an energy boost and improved focus.

for it's purpose I rate it a 5, but it needs work on the flavor, other then that It's really good at keeping me focused, energized and no crash
