This company promises a deep discount for auto ship sign up and then sends the auto ship without notifying the customer that it is time to review the auto ship - thereby guaranteeing at least a one time over priced shipment to the customer. Extremely predatory buisness practice.

great customer service and order turnaround. Feel like I'm seeing a benefit
The ordering process and receipt of product could not be better. I am now 2 weeks into using this product and do believe I am seeing a benefit. I look forward to continuing this and am optimistic enough to have ordered a 2nd month's supply.

Better nights for sure!
Experience: Noticeably more restful nights And more energy in the morning. But I do wake up dehydrated as well even though I drink lots of water throughout the day.

Hard for me to detect effects.
Overall, I didn't notice any difference in my sleep, either in terms of quality, ease of falling asleep, or restedness and energy levels the next day. No negatives either — it seems any effects were too subtle for me to pick up on over 5 days. I am generally pretty satisfied with my 'sleep hygien...
