I did not feel drowsy after taking this product. The biggest difference that I noticed is that I stayed asleep longer when taking the product compared to usual, leaving me with better overall sleep through the night. Usually I wake up several times a night. I had no issues waking up in the morning after taking this product. I would like to set a baseline sleep quality measurement and try this product again in the future to look at the change in sleep levels comparatively. I will buy a bottle and do this in the future.
Hard to know for sure
I like the concept of all the Qualia products, and have tried the Senolytic (2 months) the Night formula (1 month), and just a few days with the Mind (non-caffeine). Off to a great start
I just started 4 weeks ago, I always believed I didn't need much sleep but since I started qualia, I sleep longer and deeper and feel energised as soon as I get up and have seen an improvement in my HRV scores.
