Justin H. reviewed Qualia Night | Beta Tester
Started taking July 6, 2020 took at 6:00 p.m. (most nights with bed time 10:30 to 11:00 p.m. to be up at 7:00 a.m.) I suffer from Restless leg syndrome and nerve issues stemming from lower back. Although I only slept approximately one hour, the amazing thing was that my legs were calm. Second night July 7, 2020 took Qualia Night at 7:00 p.m. and slept approximately 5 hours straight. Legs still felt good. Third night July 8, 2020 took Qualia Night at 7:15 p.m. and slept a total of 6 hours waking up twice in between. Legs still felt good. Fourth night July 9, 2020 took Qualia Night at 7:30 p.m. and slept about 4 hours straight with legs being achy and restless somewhat. Fifth night July 10, 2020 took Qualia Night at 7:30 p.m. - bedtime midnight and with free schedule, able to sleep later and slept about 6 hours. Legs seemed ok. Overall the biggest benefit was my legs cooperating better.
Deep fulfilling sleep without effort
Quick to sleep. Woke up rested and not drowsy.

I am someone who has issues with deep sleep - meaning, i get 8-9 hrs and am still tired. I am just finishing my 1st month, i haven't noticed anything life changing, but possibly some improvement. I plan to give it 3 months to determine if it works.
A longer trial
I am not sure how much of a difference taking Qualia night made. I live in Texas and did quite a bit of work in extreme heat lately. That being said, I did feel pretty good most mornings when I got up (even when my Oura said I did not get the best sleep, HRV was down, HR up, etc). I will defin...
Tiny bottle, big results
The biggest challenge was finding the perfect time for taking Qualia Sleep. The directions were somewhat ambiguous on when exactly to take a dose. On two occasions, a dose was taken 1-2 hours before bedtime. This was far too early and caused undesirable effects (anxiousness and fast heart rate) i...
