I haven’t noticed anything - probably not on it long enough to tell

I didn't recognize the effect to begin with, but looking back, my eyes were more relaxed and I was straining less later in the day.

I did not notice any effects.

There was definitely a slight positive effect on my vision but at times it was hard to tell if it was placebo or actual.
