More of a 3.5 than a 3! Could help so I would recommend trying it.
Initially, the fishy smell really threw me off but I got used to it. I do think it has helped my skin a little bit but not as drastically as I would've hoped. It seems to have helped most with texture, but not with redness or fine lines. I think with longer use (past 3 months) it could help more ...
