I know the bottle instructs you to take 7, but I took one. I was sharper, more focused and my memory was quick. I was remembering the number list quickly. My short term memory was better.

Week one

Taking this product has really helped boost my entire experience of life! Gives me that extra oomph needed to experience the most of my day! Amazing product! I have definitely recommended Qualia Life to my friends and family!

I actually didn't notice an extreme effect (for the better) but took this on a work week and notice a more steady stream of energy, no afternoon "slump", and better energy levels in my workouts. Maybe it was in my head, but I was also better able to fall asleep at night. I think Eternus definitely provides a quality of life effect and would love to take it for a longer duration than a week to see if I can notice continued results.

An amazing first 3 days!

I do suffer from lack of focus and poor concentration at times. Having taken Qualia Mind I was able to sit and complete a complex project within a few hours without any need to have a break or refocus. Fabulous

After 5 days on the test, I felt an inner feeling of strength and overall wellness.

Within 2 days, I felt more energy, almost a physical feel within minutes of taking it and I remained well-focused into evening with no drop in energy. I definitely felt more energetic than regularly. The first few days taking it was like a upgrade to my body. After one week I could feel myself able to concentrate better and charged with more energy. Eternus definitely helped me upgrade my body!

Took it every day for 5 days with my first meal. I definitely noticed better sleeping, calm focus, and more focus while playing tennis.
