Better than Microdosing
I've been throwing together at-home Nootropic concoctions for years now (lions mane, psilocybin, caffeine, l theanine, etc) and these folks have got me completely beat!
Qualia Night improved my sleep
I was able to cut the number of wakenings from 6 to 10 a night down to 4 or 5. I was able to return to sleep quicker. I was so relaxed each morning, I found it hard to get myself out of bed.
Effect Builds Over Time
I didn’t notice too much of an effect the first 3 days, by day 5 I was definitely waking up more energetic and didn’t feel the need to immediately turn to coffee.
