Headaches and Disturbing dreams
I used this product a few times now and had to discontinue it. After the first night, I woke up with a terrible headache that would not go away and I also had worse sleep as it was interrupted with some disturbing vivid dreams. The headache lasted for almost 3 days. Perhaps I am more sensitive to some of the ingredients, but it was not a pleasant experience nonetheless.

Good, not life changing.
It’s a good product. Not life changing for me. Actually had some rough nights of deep sleep during the week as shown on my oura. Not sure why, I usually have no issues with deep sleep. For me, had an impact on dreaming, but not sleep.
After taking this for 5 days, I've only noticed two changes. I did seem to have more vivid and memorable dreams. But each night I woke up in the middle of sleep, which I don't normally do.
