I took the product about 3 hours before I go to sleep. It definitely helped me get drowsy and I was able to fall asleep quickly. On average I would sleep well until about 4 am or so, and then be wide awake. This was annoying because I would still feel quite tired and wanted to go back to sleep, but couldn’t. The quality of sleep differed per night; sometimes I would wake up multiple times, tossing and turning, while other nights only a couple. Overall, for me, this product really helped me fall asleep, it was variable with helping the quality of sleep, but helping me stay asleep and feel rested when waking up, not so much.
Qualia Night
If taken about 2-3 hours prior to sleeping, I have a noticeably deeper sleep. I think it's effects are better when you have a full 7 hrs+ of rest.
Great Product So Far
This has been great for winding down before bed. Overall my sleep has been great. Did see an increase in crazy dreams, but hoping that just means more REM.
