I really want to love this

I had high hopes for this. I may need to try the caffeine free one. At first I took the recommended 5 capsules, and it was way too much caffeine. I got got sweaty and my heart raced a lot. I went down to three and it was somewhat better. Then I went down to two. I still have a lot left and i will continue to use it. But, I really don’t feel more focused than usual. I’m not ready to give up though.

I take 5 capsules of Focus first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with water. I then meditate for about 40 minutes. Since I started using this product I have noticed that it is much easier to maintain my focus on my breathe while meditating. I also don't need much time to 'wake up' my brain after waking. I notice a much easier transition into my work in the morning. I do not get jittery or feel anxious on this product even when I take it on an empty stomach (sometimes but I drink coffee on an empty stomach I get uneasy). I notice that it doesn't have any noticeable effect on my sleep.

Moderately effective. I started out taking 3 capsules at a time and have taken up to 5. It seems to work “some” but reminds me a lot of when I take high potency b12.
