So far so good!

It's only been four days on in total (2 weekdays on, the weekend, and 2 more weekdays on), and I've noticed that I am feeling less flustered/overwhelmed at the office and like I can handle anything thrown at me. I've also randomly started things that I've been wanting to do for a while, like documenting systems/processes to empower the team to take on some additional responsibilities. One thing that stood out was the first Friday I took Qualia Mind I went to go play video games after work and noticed I got bored quickly and wanted more mental stimulation than my usual end of day escape. Hoping it's not just a placebo and it will stick around. For those of you who drink coffee, I'm still trying to shift around the order of my morning to find the right balance. Qualia Mind first, coffee later? Coffee first, Qualia Mind later? I will say both of them at once was a little too much caffeine the first time.
