Increases focus, but with headaches
I noticed an increased tiredness on days off of supplement, and I developed headaches in the late afternoons on some, but not all, days while taking the supplement. Instantly difference
It was an absolutely glad surprise when after an hour or so of taking the first doses, I realise how happy, calm, at ease, yet active and decided I was. The second day today and it is exactly the same feeling. I'm back to myself. I'm loving it!

Heightened consciousness
I felt a heightened sense of my emotions yesterday. It was day one of taking the supplement. It was a type of heightened consciousness, but almost gave a a buzz. As if there was a new type of energy flowing through my body.
